Real Estate, M.S., and Business Administration, MBA, Dual Degree

Program Overview

This 56-credit hour dual degree program allows students to earn both an M.S. in Real Estate (MSRE) and an MBA in one of the nation’s fastest growing real estate markets and most vibrant business environments. Offering flexibility with shared credits, the program prepares graduates for diverse careers in real estate and business. Students benefit from hands-on experience through the Fioretti Real Estate Investment Fund and the comprehensive curriculum of the Charlotte MBA.

Admissions

Students must apply to each program separately and be admitted to both programs by the published census date of the third semester (including Summer). No admission requirements established by the Graduate School or by either individual program may be waived.

Requirements

Dual degree students must satisfy all MSRE and MBA individual degree requirements with the added benefit of sharing a limited number of credits between the two programs. See the Shared Courses section in the Graduate Catalog for permissible course sharing.
