Gain project management experience alongside your current Charlotte undergraduate degree

Refine your skills in decision-making, resource alignment, and stakeholder communication to become an effective project manager. Designed for current UNC Charlotte undergraduates of all majors, this certificate can be completed via entirely asynchronous, online coursework. 

This certificate meets the project management education requirements to qualify to take the Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exams; this is not an exam preparation course series.

To earn the certificate, students must achieve a grade of C or higher in all required courses.

Admissions Requirements

The Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management is open to currently enrolled UNC Charlotte undergraduate students in good standing (GPA above 2.0).

Students of all majors who meet the above criteria are invited to add this certificate to their course of study!

Application Deadlines

Students may request to add this certificate on a perpetual, rolling basis. Please be advised that it may take up to four weeks after submission of the request form for this change to be reflected via Banner and DegreeWorks.

This certificate is available only to currently enrolled UNC Charlotte students in good academic standing (GPA above 2.0). Tuition will be charged based on the student’s primary plan of study; please click the links below to view current tuition rates.
