Program Overview

The Undergraduate Certificate in Nutrition is designed for students who wish to develop practical knowledge of nutrition and its role in health, disease, and human performance. It may be earned in conjunction with the major in Exercise Science or as a stand-alone certificate. The certificate prepares students for jobs in health, fitness, wellness, and sports performance. This certificate does not prepare students for jobs requiring licensure as a Registered Dietician.
