The B.A. degree in Mathematics with Teacher Licensure is a focused major in Mathematics aimed at preparing students for teaching mathematics in secondary grades. Students seeking a mathematics teacher licensure must complete a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, which includes some upper-level courses in Mathematics Education, and a minor in Secondary Education from the Department of Middle, Secondary, and K-12 Education.
