Program Overview

This 66-credit hour dual degree program through the Belk College of Business and the College of Health and Human Services equips students with comprehensive skills in both business administration and health administration. Exceptional undergraduate students in UNC Charlotte’s Health Administration program may apply to the Early Entry Program to begin work toward a Master’s in Health Administration graduate degree before completion of the bachelor’s degree.

Accreditation

The Master of Health Administration is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME). Accreditation is a voluntary process, and represents a partnership that demonstrates commitment to continuously improve graduate education. Our current accreditation runs through Spring 2030.

UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business was the first university in the Charlotte region to earn accreditation by AACSB International, and has now held that distinction for more than 30 years. UNC Charlotte is also accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral degrees.
