UNC Charlotte’s professional certificate program includes a wide range of professional development classes designed to help hone your skills to help you become more effective and competent in your leadership role. Classes are designed so that what you learn can be directly transferred from the classroom to your workplace.

Earn your professional certificate in just six months. Our flexible certificate program allows you to continue working as you complete the certificate courses. The program consists of 12 blended online and on-campus sessions throughout the 6-month period. Students are in the classroom for a total of 9–10 days and complete online modules for an equivalent of 2–3 days.
Take advantage of our cohort model. Students enter the program as a cohort, experiencing everything from day one to the final course together. You’ll learn, discuss issues and network face to face during the on-campus portion of the program, held at the UNC Charlotte Uptown and Main campuses.
