Electromechanical Engineering Technology, Applied Energy Concentration, B.S.E.T.

Program Overview

An extension of the B.S. in Electromechanical Engineering Technology, the concentration in applied energy provides further exploration into the energy sector. You’ll focus your electives in courses such as intelligent industrial systems, energy management and renewable energy systems. Knowledge in both electrical and mechanical engineering technology is used to develop real-world solutions in the quickly growing industries of energy generation and distribution. As a graduate of this program, you’re qualified for jobs such as automation and controls engineer, power systems field engineer, power distribution engineer, SCADA engineer and more.
