Electrical Engineering, Minor

Program Overview

The minor in electrical engineering is designed to help STEM majors outside the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department gain knowledge in core concepts of network theory and analytics for the field. You can also take courses in electromagnetics, systems, electronics and semiconductors.

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering offers a minor in electrical engineering (ECGR) for non-ECGR majors. All program-level admissions and progression requirements are in addition to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte admission requirements.
