Corporate Venturing, Graduate Certificate at a Glance

The Graduate Certificate in Corporate Venturing requires completion of 12 credit hours (4 courses) of 6000-level courses in entrepreneurship and innovation. Transfer credit is not accepted into the Graduate Certificate in Corporate Venturing.

Curriculum

Students must earn a grade of B or above in all four courses that make up the certification program.

  • MBAD 6306 – Corporate Entrepreneurship
  • MBAD 6309 – Business Models and Business Plans 
Elective Courses (6 credit hours)

  • MBAD 6305 – Entrepreneurship and Uncertainty
  • MBAD 5300 – Entrepreneurial Decisions
  • MBAD 6191 – Entrepreneurial Strategy
  • MBAD 6273 – Product and Brand Strategy in the Connected World
  • MBAD 6279 – Design Thinking and Innovation
  • MBAD 6302 – Evaluating Entrepreneurial Opportunities
  • MBAD 6304 – Entrepreneurial Organizing
