Courses

All business degrees at the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business are composed of: (1) General Education Requirements, (2) Progression Requirements, (3) Core Requirements, (4) Major Requirements, and (5) Electives. To graduate from UNC Charlotte, students must attain a minimum 120 earned credit hours.

Electives as needed to complete 120 hours. Students may take a variety of electives including courses in project management, leadership, and human resource management.

Admissions & Requirements

This major is designed to primarily serve transfer students and former UNC Charlotte students returning to complete their degree. Prospective students who meet the University’s transfer requirements to business but have not yet successfully completed all of the progression courses will be admitted as a Pre-Business major and will be advised while completing the progression courses.

This program also welcomes applicants who have previously received an Associate’s Degree, as this degree meets the 60 credit hour requirement listed below.
