UNC Charlotte’s M.S. in Biology program offers comprehensive training in various biological fields, with options to specialize your studies in a Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology (MCD) or Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology (E3B) concentration. As a student, you will have the choice between a thesis track for formal research training or a non-thesis track for careers geared towards education.

Exceptional undergraduate students in UNC Charlotte’s Biology program may apply to the Early Entry Program to begin work toward a Biology, M.S. graduate degree before completion of the bachelor’s degree.
