A Note on CRMs
This course is CRM-agnostic. The workflows, prompts, and AI projects built in this course work alongside any CRM, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, and others. The focus is on the AI-driven layer that sits atop the CRM, filling gaps in personalization, content generation, lead prioritization, and deal prep that most CRMs can’t address on their own.

  • Hunter for lead generation and email verification to build Agentic workflows.
Technical Requirements
  • A computer to access the LMS, live/online sessions, and Slack workspace
  • A microphone (built-in, headphones, or headset)
  • A webcam (built-in or USB plug-in) (optional but recommended)
  • Internet connection (broadband wired or wireless; 3G, 4G, or 5G/LTE)
