This course is CRM-agnostic. The workflows, prompts, and AI projects built in this course work alongside any CRM, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, and others. The focus is on the AI-driven layer that sits atop the CRM, filling gaps in personalization, content generation, lead prioritization, and deal prep that most CRMs can’t address on their own.
